We are a dynamic company looking for enthusiastic graduates with a technical education who want to develop in the field of process improvement. If you are familiar with REFA, MTM, VSM or have experience with Lean methodology, then we need you!

What awaits you?

• Measure and analyze work activities (REFA, MTM, MOST).
• Map and optimize processes (VSM, SIPOC, Swim Line diagrams).
• Eliminate waste and propose improvements in productivity, quality, and safety.
• Implement work standards, support 5S and ergonomics.
• Lead workshops and support the team in process improvement.
• Participate in the digitization and automation of processes.

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary/University degree in a technical field (engineering, industrial engineering).
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing company or relevant experience from an academic environment.
• Knowledge of 5S, ergonomics, process standardization, and waste elimination.
• Ambition and initiative for process improvement.
• English at least B1 and computer skills.
• Analytical thinking and presentation skills.
