Join our team as an IT Business Analyst!

Do you have experience in analytical roles and want to contribute to the development of internal software? We are a dynamic company looking for mid-level analysts like you! If you are already familiar with BPMN/UML, we will teach you to work with EA models, EA Sparx, TOGAF, and Archimate.

What can you expect in this position?

• Managing business requirements within software development
• Acting as a bridge between the IT team and users
• IT analysis according to the specification
• Projects with an overlap into architecture where you will learn new skills
• Managing process models using BPMN/UML
• Designing technical solutions, needs analysis, and project management

Candidate Requirements

• Education in IT/ICT/Informatics
• Experience with BPMN/UML and their application
• Work experience in an analytical position, ideally in a software development or data analysis environment
• Experience in business analysis is an advantage
• Team spirit and willingness to learn new things
• Strong communication skills for effective requirement management
