Your tasks:

• Plan and conduct internal audits of processes, systems, and products
• Work with quality tools to ensure high standards
• Evaluate risks from a product quality perspective and propose solutions
• Handle complaints and communicate with customers

What we expect from you:

• At least a high school education in a technical field
• Communicative knowledge of English at B2 level
• Knowledge of quality tools such as 8D, PPAP, APQP, FMEA
• At least 2 years of experience in customer quality
• Knowledge of the automotive environment
