Your key tasks:

• Communication with customers and handling their complaints.
• Managing the process of customer and warranty claims.
• Collaboration with logistics, production, engineering, and design departments.
• Supervising the sampling of new or modified products.
• Participating in customer audits and ensuring smooth proceedings.

What do we expect from you?

• Secondary/University education, ideally in a technical field.
• Ability to communicate in English on a daily basis (level B1+).
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of quality.
• Knowledge of quality methods and principles (FMEA, PPAP, 8D).
