We are looking for a motivated Manufacturing Quality Engineer to focus on improving and stabilizing manufacturing processes in the automotive sector. What do we offer?

• Monthly salary: 70,000 - 85,000 CZK

Your main tasks:

• Ensuring the quality and stability of manufacturing processes.
• Monitoring and evaluating data from production inspections and measurements.
• Conducting control analyses and resolving discrepancies using tools like 8D, 5Why, and Ishikawa.
• Collaborating on the creation and updating of quality documentation according to automotive standards.
• Supporting internal and external audits, including IATF 16949.

What do we expect from you?

• Education: Secondary/University degree in a technical field.
• Language skills: English at least at B1 level.
• Experience: Previous experience in production quality.
• Knowledge of tools: PDCA, FMEA, LPA, MSA, SPC, and others.
• Experience with corrective actions: Independence and proactivity in problem-solving.
