We are looking for an experienced test and validation engineer to join our dynamic team in Pilsen. If you have expertise in the automotive industry and want to contribute to the quality of our products, read on!

Your job will include:

• Planning, managing, and methodically leading testing procedures during product development.
• Creating schedules and selecting optimal samples based on design parameters.
• Active communication with customers during the creation and approval of test plans.
• Transferring knowledge and test protocols to operators; their training.
• Analyzing results, compiling reports, and presenting them to customers.
• Validating tests against global reference data.
• Maintaining the technical condition of the testing equipment and organizing regular maintenance.

What we expect from you:

• University technical education.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Strong awareness of manufacturing and design processes, with a focus on vehicle management or mechanics being an advantage.
• Independence in working with technical drawings and specifications.
• Advanced skills in MS Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with QHSE standards (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment).
