Your Main Tasks and Responsibilities

• Responsibility for customer quality and handling complaints, including maintaining customer relationships.
• Collaboration on improving the production quality level.
• Implementation of quality systems, auditing, and monitoring corrective actions.
• Creation of statistics and monitoring corrective actions.
• Communication and cooperation with foreign management.

What Do We Expect from You?

• Communicative English proficiency.
• Experience in a similar position, ideally in an automotive environment.
• High school education, technical field preferred.
• Good knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, APQP, FMEA.
• Familiarity with the IATF16949 quality system.
