Job description:

• Implementation of a new LEAN system
• Analysis of existing processes and identifying bottlenecks in production
• Introduction of new technologies and work procedures
• Updating existing work procedures and developing the 5S system
• Training colleagues in LEAN methods
• Collaboration on strategic decision-making and reporting

Candidate requirements:

• Secondary or university education in a technical field
• Experience in a position related to LEAN or process engineering
• Positive approach to changes and innovations
• Excellent communication skills
• Good level of English (spoken and written)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data orientation
