Incident Analyst – IT Infrastructure Specialist

Do you have a solid understanding of IT infrastructure and proven experience in managing incidents? We're looking for someone like you to join our international infrastructure operational team!

Main Responsibilities

• Prompt and efficient response to critical incidents
• Ensuring timely communication updates to stakeholders
• Documentation, process improvements, and post-incident analyses
• Overseeing incident queues and communication channels
• Collaborating closely with technical teams
• Documenting and enhancing incident communication procedures

Work Schedule

• 37.5 hours per week
• 12-hour shifts, continuous day/night operation

Salary

40 - 60 000 CZK per month (depends on seniority)

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Information Technology, or a related field
• Experience in incident management, analysis, and reporting
• Knowledge of technical concepts and IT infrastructure terminology
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide accurate and effective communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Willingness to work in a 12-hour shift model (day/night)
• Keen attention to detail
