Your daily tasks:
- Complete internal care for employees in the assigned section
- Handling labor law situations - providing advice and support
- Administration related to employment
- Recruitment and selection of new colleagues
- Support for company events and internal communication
- Alternating assistance with team visits
- Online meetings in English approximately once a week
Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- Secondary/University education (humanities focus is an advantage)
- Experience in HR
- Knowledge of labor law legislation
- English at a communicative level
- User knowledge of MS Office (formulas, tables for reporting)
- Driving license category B - active driver
