Your daily tasks:

• Complete internal care for employees in the assigned section
• Handling labor law situations - providing advice and support
• Administration related to employment
• Recruitment and selection of new colleagues
• Support for company events and internal communication
• Alternating assistance with team visits
• Online meetings in English approximately once a week

Requirements for the ideal candidate:

• Secondary/University education (humanities focus is an advantage)
• Experience in HR
• Knowledge of labor law legislation
• English at a communicative level
• User knowledge of MS Office (formulas, tables for reporting)
• Driving license category B - active driver
