Do you have several years of experience in HR and would like to be part of the start-up of a new manufacturing plant in Northern Bohemia? We are looking for an experienced HR professional who will become a key partner to management and help set up new processes, build a team, and establish a healthy corporate culture.

Job description:

• Become a key part of the start-up of a new plant - from recruiting the first employees to setting up HR processes.
• Building a healthy corporate culture and relationships between management and employees.
• Partner collaboration with plant management in personnel strategy, labor law issues, and employee development.
• Smooth onboarding, training, and HR agenda reporting.
• Setting HR policy, processes, and standards together with headquarters.

Requirements:

• Secondary/University education
• Experience in an HR role in a manufacturing environment (automotive is an advantage)
• Communicative knowledge of English for daily cooperation with the foreign headquarters
• Good knowledge of labor law legislation and HR processes
• Independence, organizational skills, desire to be part of something new
• Experience with a greenfield project or production start-up is an advantage

Working conditions and remuneration:

We offer a monthly salary in the range of 60,000 - 70,000 CZK.
