Your Role

  • Manage internal online systems and assist the HR team with various processes.
  • Communicate with employees and managers through email, phone, and chat to address and resolve their queries.
  • Support the employee onboarding process and participate in creating training materials.
  • Engage in other exciting internal projects that contribute to our dynamic HR operations.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Economics, Administration, HR, or Customer Care.
  • Proficiency in English and French is a must.
  • Previous experience in HR operations is advantageous.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Process-oriented with experience in process documentation.
  • Advanced level of MS Excel; experience with systems like Workday, SAP, Oracle, or ServiceNow is a plus.
  • Knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
