Your Responsibilities:

• Define the strategic direction for the web platform, ensuring it aligns with business goals and technology roadmaps.
• Lead and motivate a cross-functional team to achieve platform objectives.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement to adapt to evolving business and technology needs.
• Act as the primary liaison for business areas, fostering collaboration across departments.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of modern, scalable, and secure web solutions.
• Manage platform budgets, resources, and timelines efficiently.
• Supervise external partners to uphold quality standards and meet timelines.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and security protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in roles such as DevOps Manager or Web Platform Manager.
• Valid work permit according to Czech labor law.
• Strong expertise in web architectures and modern web technologies.
• Proficiency in cloud platforms like AEM, Azure, and AWS is a plus.
• Experience managing digital platforms within decentralized organizations.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of aligning teams with business goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of fostering collaboration.
• Strategic and analytical thinker with an understanding of business requirements.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL Certificate
