And what you will do every day:
📑 Preparation of materials for the Architecture Board and EA consultations
You will ensure complete materials for architectural board meetings, coordinate consultations, and manage processes related to Enterprise architecture.
🗂 Management and development of the EA model
Your task will be to maintain the current architectural model of the company and develop it to meet strategic goals and technological trends.
📊 Evaluation of project outputs and analyses
You will assess the results of individual projects, conduct impact analyses, and ensure their compliance with architectural principles.
🎯 Presentation of EA strategies and concepts
You will prepare and present architectural strategies, concepts, and recommendations for management and project teams.
🤝 Cooperation with internal and external experts
You will closely cooperate with the Enterprise architecture team and coordinate activities with external specialists.
📐 Creation of EA service outputs
You will prepare architectural views, impact analyses of changes, and other documents that support decision-making processes.
🔍 Development of EA methodologies and procedures
Your goal will be to continuously improve methodological frameworks and processes that ensure the effective functioning of architecture.
Secondary/University education in ICT or a related field.
Orientation in TELCO and IT networks, including basic principles of architecture and integration.
Knowledge of ICS/SCADA architecture and relevant security standards (e.g., IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82).
Ability to design the segmentation of industrial networks (e.g., zones and conduit model) and implement secure remote access to control systems.
Practical orientation in cryptography, public key management (PKI), use of hardware security modules (HSM) for key protection, and implementation of security protocols (TLS, IPsec, SSH) to ensure communication integrity and confidentiality.
Knowledge of architectural frameworks and methodologies – especially TOGAF, modeling languages Archimate and BPMN.
Understanding of IT technologies, security, and software development principles, including modern integration patterns and cloud services.
Analytical thinking and the ability to see connections between business requirements and technological solutions.
Attention to detail, independence, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Willingness to learn new skills and follow trends in enterprise architecture.
Experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., Sparx EA, LeanIX) and knowledge of ITIL or COBIT is an advantage.
