Join Our Team as a DevSecOps Lead for AEM Web Platform!

Are you an experienced DevSecOps professional ready to take on a leadership role for an AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) Web platform project based in Prague? We're looking for someone with a solid background who wants to further enhance their competencies and drive our projects to success.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the vision and strategy for SDLC, operations, and security in collaboration with partners and IS/IT teams.
  • Guide, mentor, and coach your team, providing constructive feedback and setting personal development plans.
  • Oversee Software Development Life Cycle management, including CI/CD pipelines and methodologies.
  • Ensure reliable platform operations and maintain quality infrastructure.
  • Standardize workflows, promote automation, and ensure code quality.
  • Address major incidents, manage release processes, and implement DevSecOps practices.
  • Manage technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems.

What We Expect from You

  • Valid work permit according to Czech labor laws.
  • Bachelor’s or University Degree in IT/Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, and Scrum boards.
  • Knowledge of Kanban and Agile methodologies.
  • Proactive technical and process ownership with stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities and commitment to innovation.

What Sets You Apart

  • ITIL certification.
  • Proven experience leading a team.
  • Direct experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
