Your Role and Responsibilities
As a DevSecOps Lead, you will:
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operations, and security.
- Mentor and coach your team, promoting skill development and continuous improvement.
- Manage SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines, roll-out strategies, and development methodologies.
- Ensure reliable platform operations and maintain infrastructure relationships.
- Lead development efforts by standardizing workflows and enforcing code quality.
- Oversee incident and release management, conducting audits, and implementing DevSecOps practices.
- Manage technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems.
What We Expect from You
- A valid work permit per Czech labor laws.
- Bachelor's or University Degree in IT/Business Administration or related fields.
- Proficiency in Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, and other Agile CI/CD tools.
- Knowledge of Kanban and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical and process ownership, including life-cycle governance and user training.
- Effective communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex challenges.
Preferred Qualifications
- ITIL certification.
- Proven leadership experience.
- Direct experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
