Your Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operations, and security.
- Mentor and inspire your team, focusing on skill and competency development.
- Oversee the SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines and development methodologies.
- Ensure reliable platform operations and manage infrastructure relationships.
- Promote automation, standardize workflows, and enforce code quality.
- Manage incidents and releases, perform audits, and implement DevSecOps practices.
- Oversee technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems.
What We Expect From You
Mandatory Qualifications:
- Valid work permit as per Czech labor law.
- Bachelor or University degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
- Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, and other Agile CI/CD tools.
- Proficient in Kanban and Agile methodologies.
- Strong technical and process ownership abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ITIL certificate.
- Experience in leading a team.
- Direct experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
