Your Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), operations, and security.
• Mentor and inspire your team, focusing on skill and competency development.
• Oversee the SDLC, including CI/CD pipelines and development methodologies.
• Ensure reliable platform operations and manage infrastructure relationships.
• Promote automation, standardize workflows, and enforce code quality.
• Manage incidents and releases, perform audits, and implement DevSecOps practices.
• Oversee technical integrations of the Web Platform with other systems.

What We Expect From You

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Valid work permit as per Czech labor law.
• Bachelor or University degree in IT, Business Administration, or relevant fields.
• Experience with Bitbucket, JIRA, Jenkins, Docker, Nexus, SonarCloud, and other Agile CI/CD tools.
• Proficient in Kanban and Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical and process ownership abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL certificate.
• Experience in leading a team.
• Direct experience with AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).
