Group System Administrator - Dr. Max BDC is looking for its tech hero! 🚀

Dr. Max is not just about corner pharmacies. We are a European leader in healthcare, operating in 6 countries and currently massively expanding. For our international headquarters (BDC) in Prague, we are looking for a partner who will take charge of our data center infrastructure and help us transition to the cloud.

What will you work on?

• Infrastructure Ops: Complete server management – from installation and security to patching and monitoring.
• Active Directory Expertise: You will handle multi-domain AD, Azure AD, and trusts.
• Windows Server Services: You will manage PKI, Fileshare, or RDS.
• Cloud Transformation: We are in the middle of migrating to MS Azure – you will have a great opportunity to make an impact here.
• Standardization & Automation: We don't want to do things manually. Your goal is "Infrastructure as Code".
• L2/L3 Support: You will be a mentor and support for local IT teams across the entire group.

What should you have under your belt?

• Solid experience with server management and core infrastructure services.
• Knowledge in networking, firewalls, and virtualization.
• Willingness to script and automate (manual work is boring).
• English at a level where you can easily communicate with colleagues in Serbia or Romania.
• If you already know Azure, that's a big plus for us! ☁️
