As a key member of the technical leadership team, you will set the direction for frontend architecture, performance, and scalability for years to come.
π What will you be responsible for?
- Designing modern frontend architecture - modular components, micro-frontends, and patterns that withstand growth.
- Choosing the tech stack for rapid development and long-term maintenance with a focus on excellent UX and performance.
- Performance tuning β minimizing bundle size, lazy-loading, SSR/SSG, and other techniques for top speed.
- Collaborating with backend architects β designing API and communication interfaces with regard to the overall platform.
- Designing CI/CD and improving testing & code quality together with the QA lead.
- Mentoring developers and leading technical discussions across teams.
- Regularly evaluating new libraries and tools to always stay one step ahead.
π§ Technologies you will encounter:
- Frontend: Nuxt.js (Vue.js), micro-frontends, state management, modern bundlers (Vite/Webpack)
- Performance & Monitoring: Lighthouse, Web Vitals, RUM
- API: REST/GraphQL
- DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git & code quality tooling
- Methodologies: CI/CD, testing, agile development
π‘ Who are we looking for?
- Someone with 5+ years of experience in frontend development, including at least 2 years in a senior/architect role.
- Expertise in Vue.js/Nuxt and good knowledge of Node.js will be very beneficial.
- Experience with GraphQL/REST API and modern architectures will definitely come in handy.
- DevOps awareness and experience with cloud environments (Azure β advantage) will be useful.
- Excellent communication skills in both Czech and English (including the ability to lead technical discussions) are essential.
