Senior SW Test Automation

A leading international IT firm developing complex SW solutions requires experienced candidates for the position of Quality Engineer for SW test automation in their Prague based development group.  

Position summary:
QE Analysts hold the ultimate responsibility for the success of a quality release though multiple phases of delivery.  Key areas of focus include:
· Develop reusable automated BDD tests and maintain their compatibility with software as the applications change (for Web, API, and Mobile products).
· Ability to fully understand business requirements under test in order to design a realistic simulation of user behavior.
· Work in agile (scrum) environment as member of R&D team

Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field, or technical education with equivalent experience
- Have an understanding of programming principals (C# knowledge prefered) and knowledge of SQL is essential
- 4+ years experience with SW testing and knowledge of automated testing
- Required previous experience with automation frameworks
- Proficiency with reading and analyzing application log files
- Ability to work tightly with application development, architecture, infrastructure and engineering groups in defining performance testing requirements, approaches, success criteria, and validating application performance optimizations
- Experience with BDD & Gherkin is valuable
- Active English
- EU, permanent residency or valid work visa but Czech not required
