We are looking for a "bear" for talent sourcing/recruiting to join our hiring team at Coding Bear! 🐻
Are you skilled at finding talent among developers, testers, and analysts? Do you enjoy searching for experienced IT professionals, and do you have your own active pool of hot IT candidates? Can you target the technologies, experience, and potential that a project needs? Do you have experience in the IT world? Then you could be our bear, and we want you on our team.
Coding Bear is a software house with a core team of professional developers, analysts, and experienced experts. We develop tailored IT solutions, deliver comprehensive modular solutions for IT systems, design architectures, and provide ongoing support. Our projects are diverse, serving customers across the IT market, from e-commerce and industry to the commercial and banking sectors, and even startups.
We hire professionals mostly for internal projects, as we are not a staffing agency, but we do help fill "bodyshop" positions for our customers. We have an internal hiring team that's looking for a long-term addition to the recruiter position. And you can have junior experience if you are motivated to take recruiting seriously and to develop in it.
