We're looking for a highly technical, hands-on, and mission-driven Software Engineer who’s passionate about Real-Time Communication to drive end-to-end software development for new features and quality optimizations in WebRTC.
You are very familiar with WebRTC including building and shipping multi-platform experiences, working across software layers including browser, WebRTC internals, etc. to achieve top performance.
You'll work closely with the team to design and develop with an emphasis on performance, security, and reliability, define and develop performance indicators, and analyze and improve product performance, and solve challenges creatively to ensure the best experience and keep our growing user base happy.

🎯 Requirements
- Expertise in developing WebRTC based applications for browser and desktop
- Strong understanding of WebRTC API and specification
- Proficient with debugging through WebRTC internals and other WebRTC based tooling
- Highly proficient in Typescript and/or C++
- Familiarity with platform and browser performance analyzer tools
✨ Bonus Points
- Experience in JavaScript, Electron, Chromium, other web technologies
- Strong desire to learn about SFU and server-side technologies
- Familiarity with AWS and various cloud platforms
